#287 — "Brains, Guts, and Load Outs: Zombie Survival Showdown"

With 28 Years Later infecting theatres, the Reel Debaters bunker down for the inevitable question: Can they survive a zombie apocalypse?

This week, the panel locks and loads for a full-on Zombie Survival Draft, where each debater builds their ultimate survival kit AND argues which movie or TV character would lead humanity out of the undead wasteland. Think The Walking Dead, but with more yelling and fewer supply runs.

Segments Include:

  • The Ultimate Survival Loadout Draft – Weapons, shelter, snacks? We draft from five survival categories and try not to get bitten.
  • Who Leads the Resistance? – Debaters pick a character from a zombie film or TV show to lead their post-apocalyptic crew.

Reviews:

  • Final Destination: Bloodlines – Is fate still fatal, or is the franchise finally out of gas?
  • Until Dawn – a chilling, cinematic thrill ride that proves every choice counts—and bad ones get you killed in 4K.
  • The Studio – a razor-sharp satire that hilariously skewers Hollywood egos—Seth Rogen’s best roast since This Is the End
